Chorizo with Red Wine

This dish is the easiest thing I have made and is ready in less than 5 minutes, it's tasty and makes a great starter or tapas if you don't have much time. It serves 2 but you can easy change the quantities.
Ingredients
- 80g chorizo unsliced
- Glass of red wine
- Chunk of bread
Method
Slice the Chorizo into chunky slices and place into a frying pan and heat until both sides are cooked (there will be oil in the pan you can choose to drain or leave it).
Add the glass of wine and wait until the wine heats up.
Place into a bowl and serve with the bread
