The following list are links containing answers to frequently asked questions we receive.  If you have a question but cannot find the answer here, our Contact Page is the place to enquire.

Bespoke/Personal Greetings Card Designs
Unfortunately at present we do not have the facilities to create personlised cards to order but this is something we are looking to implement in the future.

Where we deliver
We post cards to most countries and send them via Royal Mail, once leaving the country we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.  Our free postage offer covers 1st class postage in the UK and airmail for orders overseas.  These usually take between 3-5 days. 

If you would like to send a card via a delivery service other than the standard Royal Mail, please contact us before you make an order and we will be happy to help. 

Paypal - Payment Facility
To accept payments we use the secure Paypal facility.  You do not need a Paypal account the system processes all credit cards/debit cards just like any other payment facility. 

Paypal also converts the currency if you are making a purchase  from overseas.  We hold no financial information, we only use your contact details to enable use to send the Handmade Greetings Cards.  No information is given to any third parties.

For casual visitors to the site no personal information is taken.  Go to the Privacy Policy page for more information.

Customer Feedback
Customer feedback can be sent directly through the Contact Us page or by clicking the star ratings next to each card.  We also hope to implement a customer blog in the near future.

Placing an Order
When you place on order you have the option to become a member.  As a member on your personal area is an order status bar.  When your order has been completed and posted the status will change to completed.  There is also a personal contact form which will let you enquire on your order status direct to a staff member.

Different Languages
We currently only produce Handmade Greetings Cards in English, this may change in the future.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum or maximum order, we can supply one card or fifty cards should they be requested.

Problem with order
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if for whatever reason you are not you may return the product to us in its original condition. An unopened Greeting Cards, in its original condition returned within 14 days of receipt of your order will receive a full refund.  It will speed up the process if you send your details and order reference number with the returned order.

Is an Envelope included?
In addition to the envelope the order will arrive in, each individual Greetings Card has it's own cream envelope and a protective sleeve to protect the Greetings card during transit.
